About me

When I cheated my way through art classes in school in my teens and my grandpa – a great, but also very perfectionist painter – gave me the impression that painting and I would probably never make a presentable couple, no one believed, least of all me, that I would one day find my way back to this art form with such joy and dedication. 😉😁

But in 2020 it happened – colors, shapes, light, shadow, minimalism, abundance, hidden and obvious – all the magic of life is allowed to express itself in my art.

My Art Journey

In 2020 I started professionally with watercolor painting and digital art, specializing especially in enchanted motifs of landscapes, nature, as well as feminine and Christian motifs and portraits with special charisma.

Traditional & modern watercolor techniques, digital watercolor painting, mixed media, a bit of acrylic and always a drop of some magical sparkling effects are my creative expression.

Predominantly self-taught, but I have also taken the following online courses:
Michele Bajona
//Topic: Portraits
David Poxon
//Topic: Art of Watercolour
Christian Koivumaa
//Topic: Watercolor Landscapes
Ana Victoria Calderon
//Topic: Traditional & Modern Watercolor Techniques
Katarzyna Kmiecik
//Topic: Dream-like Watercolor Landscapes

What I love most about watercolor is that you have to let go when painting and the certain something of the unpredictable, the out-of-itself-ness of this painting technique. You have to give up a great deal of control when painting with watercolor – more comprehensively than probably in any other style of painting. The water and pigments have their own unique dynamics. This can ruin a work that takes several days to complete, but it can also create a unique magic!

Motivation

For me, the focus is not on the art form itself, whether I make films, write books, paint, etc., but on the intention behind it.

I want to pass on art that touches, supports, reaches into the depth of being, makes the everyday special, depicts life’s confidence and beauty, and creates a connection to divine love.

Making magic visible in life – that is a matter close to my heart.

Inspiration

I am inspired in particular by the works of Caspar David Friedrich.
His images radiate for me a primal power, a deep spirituality and love of nature, life, God. His, for the time, revolutionary way of painting and the spiritual choice of motifs impress me. A deep world of feelings and connection can be revealed in the contemplation of his works.

Actor ∙ Author ∙ Sound Musician

Seminar leader ∙ Qi Gong & Relaxation-Coach

In 2007, I graduated with a degree in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry and completed the certified advanced training at the Academy of Physicians in Spiritual-Energetic Medicine/Spiritual Healing.

I have been working as an actress since 2006. To train my skills in front of the camera and gain experience, I attended on-camera workshops at the Munich Film Academy as well as various master classes and workshops. In the process, I worked with acting teachers in Cologne, Berlin, Rome, London and L.A. In 2018, the first feature film starring me was released. I have been writing poetic texts since I was 10 years old. In 2017 my first poetry collection „ICH BIN DA“ was published.

I have already accompanied and held various seminars in the areas of communication, motivation, healing & science, Jesus Christ, relaxation, Qi Gong, positive thinking, femininity and meditation as a lecturer and co-lecturer, as well as many lectures on spiritual topics.

Since 2009 I am active as a „sound musician“ and play for people as a relaxation and energizing treatment with the body tambura. In 2014 my first meditation CD „WAVES“ with the body tambura was released.

In 2012, I officially graduated as a Qi Gong trainer at the German Sport University Cologne, supervised by master Prof. Wenjun Zhu, however, due to special access to Qi Gong, I have already been teaching as a Qi Gong trainer (Flowing Breath Qi Gong) since 2011.

Together with my husband Thomas Busse (filmmaker, director, actor, screenwriter, musician, writer, painter, seminar leader) I work on projects from various fields.

Among other things, we have published in 2022 a nearly 2-hour documentary film about the life and spiritual statements of Bruno Gröning.

Since 2013 I accompany my husband musically at his concerts as a singer-songwriter.

For me, the central aspect of my art and multiple other activities is to connect with the divine.

Since 2015, with few exceptions, I devote myself daily to meditation.
My Christian faith is my source of inspiration and my center of strength.

I like to pass on my knowledge and experience in a down-to-earth, undogmatic, non-religious, unmissionary and dedicated way to interested people.
