You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
In the case of contracts for the delivery of data that is not on a physical data carrier and that is produced and made available in digital form (digital content), the cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us); The customer is obliged to pay back the full amount of the purchase price without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to the fact that you have handled the goods in a manner that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature extinguishment of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom made products like commissions e.g.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
The right of cancellation shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the provision of digital content if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period, you have confirmed to us that you are aware of the fact that you lose your right of cancellation as a result of your consent, and we have sent you a confirmation of the contract in which the content of the contract is included; You have confirmed to us your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent with the start of the contract fulfillment, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable data medium, in which the content of the contract is reproduced, including the aforementioned conditions for the early release of the right of withdrawal.
General Information on the Return of Goods
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned clauses 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
