Shipping costs information
Digital products such as e-books, audio and voice downloads are always free of shipping costs.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Order of multiple items
If you order several items from me as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the article of your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
